She has also guided clients through the development of several greenfield facilities, the review and negotiation of consultancy and construction contracts for high-profile projects, and the sale and sub-lease of significant JTC industrial properties. She also supports insolvency practitioners such as receivers and private trustees in bankruptcy on the sale and taking possession of prime real estate assets.

In the corporate and M&A arena, Yun has advised on cross-border acquisitions for listed companies, complex pre- and post-deal restructurings for technology leaders, and the acquisition of environmental and engineering service providers by global conglomerates. She has also acted as Singapore counsel for state-owned companies for their investment involving Singapore, and has extensive experience in credit facility transactions supporting construction and acquisition projects. Outside of her legal career, Yun was once an aspiring ballerina and continues to pursue ballet whenever she can.   • Advised a Singapore Family Office on the divestment of its property-holding subsidiary holding a portfolio of several commercial conserved shophouses located at a prime heritage district to a private equity real estate investment fund.
  • Advised a Singapore Family Office, through a joint venture with a leading interior design company, on the acquisition of the freehold plots of land, development and subsequent sale of several luxury landed freehold residential bungalows located in an upscale district.
  • Advised an APAC data centre platform based in Singapore, backed by a leading global sustainable infrastructure investment firm, on the development of a hyperscale data centre and its business in Malaysia.
  • Advised a data centre operator, backed by a leading global alternative investment firm, on the exit of its data centre facility in Singapore.
