Brendan’s main areas of practice are in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency, and employment related disputes.

His practice has seen him involved in a wide gamut of cases involving, contractual disputes, breach of directors’ duties, minority oppression and other corporate governance matters. He has represented a diverse group of stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency matters, including liquidators, receivers, private trustees in bankruptcy, and creditors in winding-up, bankruptcy, and related proceedings. Brendan has been involved in complex cross-border insolvency matters, assisting in the recovery of significant assets across multiple jurisdictions.
